The service
ThumbDL provides free tools that retrieve publicly available information from YouTube, such as video thumbnails, channel banners, profile pictures and video tags, and tools that help you create links and embed code. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, limit or discontinue any tool at any time.

Thumbnails, banners, profile pictures and other content retrieved through ThumbDL belong to their respective owners. ThumbDL does not grant you any rights to that content. You are responsible for making sure your use of it is lawful, for example:
- using it for personal reference, commentary, criticism, news reporting, education or research where fair use or fair dealing applies;
- getting permission from the creator before using their images commercially or republishing them;
- downloading your own channel's images.
You must not use ThumbDL to infringe anyone's intellectual property, to impersonate a creator, or to automate large volumes of requests or otherwise disrupt the service.
